Account Deletion
We're sorry to see you go. This page provides information about deleting your Godai account and what happens to your data.
To request account deletion, please follow one of these two methods:
1Request from the Godai App
Open the Godai app, navigate to your Profile and Settings page, and submit a deletion request directly through the app interface.
2Contact Us Directly
Send us a message through our contact form with the subject line: "Account to be Deleted"
Contact UsGrace Period
After you request account deletion, there is a 7-day grace period during which you can still recover your account by contacting our support team.
Complete Data Deletion
After the 7-day grace period expires, all user data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. This includes:
- Your profile information
- Chat history and conversations
- Journal entries and personal notes
- App preferences and settings
- Any other personal data stored in our systems
Deleting Your Chat History
You can delete all your chat history or choose to delete specific chat conversations from the Profile page or screen. This feature is available on both the Godai App and the website.
Once deleted, your chat history cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to proceed before deleting any conversations.
If you need help with deleting your chat history, please contact us.
Important Note
Once the deletion process is complete, this action cannot be undone. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.
